JobAut’s mission is to improve the inclusion of autistic people in the labour market by promoting a work culture that values diversity and recognises the full potential of autistic people. 

JobAut aims to create more opportunities for autistic people to access job placements that match their skills and ambitions and find meaningful work and fulfillment in life.

This will be achieved by developing a holistic methodology for job coaches, empowering how they can effectively address the needs of both autistic people and employers, facilitating the seamless integration into the workforce.

JobAut is a two-year EU-funded project under the Erasmus+ programme.
