With over 20 years of experience in the training sector, ENFOR is an institution accredited by the Basilicata Region, the MIUR and Isaac Italia for training and orientation activities. We operate at regional, national and European levels, collaborating with a solid and qualified network of partners: schools, municipalities, universities, social enterprises and companies.

We design and implement training courses on diversified topics, aimed at developing and requalifying staff skills, to effectively respond to the specific needs of business realities. Our highly qualified teachers guarantee personalised training support for each trainee.

Over the last three years, ENFOR has been the leader of two European Erasmus+ projects: LEAD and JOBAUT, and has been a partner in the ACTIVE project. We have also created the B4ALL – Basilicata Accessible project, currently starting its second edition, which promotes accessible and inclusive summer tourism in our region.

Thanks to a dense network of relationships with Italian and international companies and entities, we offer our interns not only high-value training experiences, but also concrete opportunities for job placement and professional growth, accompanying them on a path that combines training and employability.

Founded in 1994, Fundación Intras is a non-profit organisation that supports people with mental health issues in reclaiming their life projects. With a team of over 900 professionals, it offers services such as accommodation, training, employment, and psychosocial rehabilitation in Castilla y León, Madrid, and Extremadura. Intras promotes the ‘recovery approach’ and collaborates with European entities to foster inclusion and comprehensive support.

Lyk-z & døtre is a Norwegian social entrepreneur working for inclusion and empowerment of individuals facing barriers and mental challenges. The target group are often youths at risk and NEETS. The lyk-z methodology FROG is developed by Ingeborg Lykseth, the founder and CEO of the company.

Socialit is an innovative SME specializing in the development of cutting-edge ICT solutions. Its mission is to implement innovative and flexible technology solutions, with particular attention to users and their needs. Core competencies include the development of personalized software, cloud and web applications, and system integration. Extensive experience in European projects has facilitated the continuous development of expertise through intensive research and innovation activities.

Autism Europe (AE) is an international non-profit organisation founded in 1983. AE has almost 90 member organisations in 40 countries (including 26 Member States) and represents an estimated 7 million autistic people and their families across Europe. Self-advocates and families play a central role in the organisation. AE is recognised by the European Institutions as the main representative network of autistic people and their families in Europe. AE’s work is based on the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD).
