Autistic people frequently face barriers to meaningful employment, partly because job coaches, particularly those within the Health and Social Care Services Systems (HSCSS), often lack access to dedicated curricula and structured guidance tailored to their needs.

JobAut was developed in response to this gap. Partners from five European organisations came together to share knowledge, skills, best practices to develop practical and evidence-based resources for job coaches, available for free on this platform.

To equip job coaches and employment professionals with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks to provide high-quality, autism-specific career support, helping autistic people access meaningful employment and thrive in the workplace.

This first part of the Toolkit is dedicated to the initial phase of the JOBAUT Coaching Methodology for Autistic Adults: the Placement Feasibility Interview, a fundamental step for establishing a structured and meaningful foundational dialogue.

This second part of the Toolkit is dedicated to the second phase of the JOBAUT Coaching Methodology for Autistic Adults, focused on translating qualitative insights into an objective and standardised functional profile using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework.

This third and final part of the Toolkit is dedicated to the culminating phase of the JOBAUT Coaching Methodology for Autistic Adults: the empowerment and coaching process, implemented through the FROG methodology (Focus, Reflection, Ownership, Growth).
